Vetri owns Vetri Cucina on Spruce Street, the lone Vetri family restaurant excluded from the Urban Outfitters sale, which included Pizzeria Vetri, Amis Trattoria, Osteria and others. The resort's holding company, Red Rock Resorts, announced the move Tuesday.
